My Story

Moving isn’t just in my blood, it’s been woven into the fabric of my life since childhood. Born in London to a French mother and Irish father, Denis Caulfield, a prominent figure in the global moving industry, I grew up understanding the intricacies of international relocation firsthand. My journey with Spain began in the coastal town of Nerja during the 1990s, where I first fell in love with the Mediterranean lifestyle. After returning to Dublin, I specialised in connecting Irish buyers with Spanish properties, particularly in the Costa Blanca’s flourishing communities. These early years provided me with deep insights into both the Spanish property market and international buyers’ unique needs. In the early 2000s, I joined my father’s successful relocation business, building strong relationships with trusted international movers and relocation consultants globally, connections I maintain to this day. My own experiences living across Europe, from Brussels to Montpellier, and now the Alicante region, have given me a profound understanding of cross-cultural transitions.
