Leadership
Relocate FC is led by Fiona Caulfield, whose understanding of international relocation combines deep professional expertise with lived experience across multiple countries and cultures.
Growing up in the relocation industry alongside her late father, Denis Caulfield a respected figure in global moving and corporate relocation. Fiona developed an unusual depth of knowledge in both the strategic and practical elements of international moves.
Her career spans over 30 years and includes establishing Ireland’s first Spanish property consultancy in the late 1990s, followed by nearly two decades managing corporate relocations across Europe for professionals, executives, and families. Having lived and worked in Spain, France, Ireland, Belgium, and the UK, she brings genuine cross-cultural fluency and firsthand experience to every client engagement.
First arriving in Spain in the early 1990s, Fiona has now returned to establish Relocate FC in Northern Spain a region she selected for its quality of life, natural environment, accessibility, and strong fundamentals for both lifestyle and family relocation.
Based in Asturias with an established professional network across Galicia, Fiona provides coordinated, discreet support throughout the relocation process, working exclusively in each client’s interest with integrity, professionalism, and calm guidance.
